PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and installation space when control is performed in accordance with the same program pattern at a plurality of points on the subject of control. SOLUTION: A regulating means 6 for a first channel which is a master channel generates a desired value (PSP) according to a program pattern, performs program control in accordance with the desired value (PSP), and writes the desired value (PSP) generated in a RAM 14. Regulating means 7-9 for second to fourth channels which are slave channels read the desired value (PSP) in the RAM 14 and perform fixed command control in accordance with the desired value (PSP).
