摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring system, an image measuring method and an image measuring program for preventing measuring precision from being deteriorated, and for preventing a moving mechanism from being overloaded. SOLUTION: This image measuring system is provided with a composition direction calculation part 362 for calculating a composition direction where moving directions before and after measuring points are combined; a front-and-back traveling point calculation part 363 for calculating a front traveling point a predetermined distance before a measurement point where the composition direction is calculated in the composition direction, and for calculating a back traveling point as a position a predetermined distance after the measurement point where the composition direction is measured in the composition direction; a passage point calculation part 364 for calculating a plurality of passage points arranged on a path where the back traveling point and the front traveling point at the measurement point behind, in a measurement order, the measurement point where the back traveling point is calculated are smoothly connected along the composition direction at the both points; and a measurement path setting part 365 for setting a line including the calculated passage point, and connecting the front traveling point of the measurement point to the front traveling point of the measurement point behind the measurement point as the path of measurement.
