PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet device without infiltrating water into a cabinet of a toilet room or a kitchen, even when a user attaches a water discharge port upward to a faucet body. SOLUTION: This invention is the faucet device for connecting a water discharge unit having the water discharge port to the tip of a hose inserted into the faucet body, and freely attaches and detaches the faucet body and the water discharge unit. The water discharge unit has a water discharge unit casing and an inner member for connecting the hose stored in the water discharge unit casing, and has a projection part in any one of a tip surface of the faucet body and a rear end part of the water discharge unit and a recessed part fitted to the projection part in the other. When installing the water discharge port of the water discharge unit upward in the faucet body, the projection part and the recessed part are hindered in fitting. A drain hole is arranged in a rear end part of the water discharge unit for draining the water outside the water discharge unit when the water discharged from the water discharge port intrudes into the water discharge unit casing.
