PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of efficiently exchanging heat. SOLUTION: A flow channel 10a has the waved serpiginous cross-sectional shape. Thus, places where stagnation occurs can be reduced, a contact area of liquid and the heat exchanger 10 is increased, and simultaneously the impairing of heat transfer coefficient caused by stagnation can be reduced.
