PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pushing device of an inner ring usable for a tool longer than a port bag by transferring small parts and the like using an adjacent working port because an operation for sequentially transferring the parts to a desired position by a manual operation if a large port is used when the small parts are transferred in a globe box. SOLUTION: A cylindrical pushing ring 21 is made movable forward and backward by a screwed relationship between a driving male screw 21c formed on an outer periphery of the ring and a female screw part 22a formed to a guide ring 22 supported to a wall body 1a of the glove box 1 by a supporting rod 23, so as to push a stationary ring 15 and an inner ring 11 via a cushioning ring 24 by the forward action. If the port bag 8 is attached to the inner ring 11, tools longer than the port bag can be inserted inside the pushing ring 21, and so transferred in the glove box 1 using a globe port 3.
