PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall paper pasting machine which facilitates the opening/closing work of legs is capable of definitely locking the legs in each leg-opened and leg-closed condition. SOLUTION: A protrusion 5 for engagement is each provided downwardly of a fulcrum of the leg 2, for example, a first lock lever 8 having a first cutout 6 and a second lock lever 11 having a second cutout 9 are provided, a lock mechanism is configured so as to allow the lever 8 and lever 11 to interlink and rotate by the operation of a handle bar 14, the cutout 6 is engaged with the protrusion 5 to allow the leg 2 to be locked in an leg-opened condition (a) by rotating the lever 8 in one direction, the lock can be released by rotating the lever 8 in the other direction to close the legs 2 (b) to (d), the cutout 9 is engaged with the protrusion 5 by rotating the lever 8 in leg-closed condition in the lock direction to arrange a lock condition in a leg-closed condition (f).
