PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cell sheet to reach the affected part without the adhesion of the adhesive surface of the cell sheet to other parts, per os or per anum via the inside of the slender body cavity. SOLUTION: This endoscopic equipment 1 is equipped with an insertion part 2 which is inserted per os or per anum into the body cavity; and a leading end of the insertion part 2 is equipped with an adhesive part 3a which has a temperature responsiveness which shows switching hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity depending on a temperature, and a temperature regulating means 4 for changing the temperature of the adhesion part 3a in the body cavity.
