A bearing sleeve system comprises a bearing sleeve (3) which is held on a stop collar (2) on an outer steering column (1) and is made from polyamide, on the free end side of which bearing sleeve (3), by means of a watchtower-like ribbed toothing at both sides, a single-piece sealing element (7), which seals in both a static - with a sealing ring (14) - and also dynamic - by means of sealing lips (10, 11) - fashion and is made from thermoplastic elastomer, is held in a form-fitting manner by means of toothing ribs formed at both sides. The bearing sleeve system which forms a single part and is made from two plastics requires a low production expenditure, can be assembled in a simple manner and additionally ensures reliable sealing. |
