The invention relates to a method for transferring a call to an addressee, said method comprising the following steps: a call is received by a call transfer device; a control device consults a list of pre-defined addressees; the call transfer device attempts to call the first addressee of the list; it is detected whether a response signal is produced; if a response signal is not detected after a number of rings or pre-determined time intervals, the call transfer device attempts to call the second addressee of the list such that that the call process continues until a response signal is obtained. |
