<p>Disclosed is a conductive paste which enables to form an electrode by being fired at a relatively low temperature. This conductive paste also enables to obtain excellent adhesion strength between a light-receiving surface electrode and a semiconductor substrate, while sufficiently reducing the contact resistance between them. Specifically disclosed is a conductive paste used as a material for a light-receiving surface electrode of solar cells, which contains an Ag powder, an organic vehicle and a glass frit. The glass frit has a softening point of not less than 570°C but not more than 760°C, and contains B2O3 and SiO2 at a molar ratio B2O3/SiO2 of not more than 0.3. In addition, the glass frit contains Bi2O3 in an amount of from 0 to less than 20.0 mol%.</p> |
