The roof part has roof part kinematics (6) with a handle bar (7) supported at a swivel joint in a rotatable manner. The handle bar is loaded by transmission kinematics (9) that is supported by opening- and closing movement of a roof. The transmission kinematics have a spring unit (10) that is engaged at the handle bar and is stressed by a pivoting moment, where the pivoting moment acts at the swivel joint. The spring unit is supported at a clamping lever (11), where actuation of the clamping lever is set under pre-stressing.
