<p>The present invention provides a track apparatus for mounting to a vehicle in place of a driven wheel of the vehicle. The track apparatus has a flexible track (20) having a plurality of lugs (22) on its inner surface (24) and a drive wheel (2) for engaging with the track to drive the track and connectable to a driven axle of the vehicle. The drive wheel (2) also includes a pair of radially extending supports (36) that define a circumferential lug receipt well between the supports for receiving and guiding the lugs (22) of the track (20).</p> |
