<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a plurality of pages of image data by optimum arrangement, in response to the direction and size of each kind of image data, when the plurality of pages of image data are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: The controller 15 of a printer 1 acquires the direction and the size of the plurality of pages of image data preserved in an HDD 12, determines an arrangement pattern in integrating the image data of each page in the output region, based on the acquired direction and size of the image data of each page, and integrates the image data of the pages in the output area, based on the determined arrangement pattern. When the image data have the same direction as and different size from those in the arrangement pattern, the direction of the image data of one of the pages is changed so as to determine the arrangement pattern to integrate the image data of each page in the output region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
