<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service retrieval system and a service retrieval method capable of providing appropriate explanatory information for each of individual users. <P>SOLUTION: The service retrieval system 100 is provided with a task model database 101 for receiving a task selected with a communication terminal 800, a user information extraction section 201 for retrieving service information based on the task, a user information storage database 600 for previously storing user information, a service detailed information database 500 in which the service detailed information and condition information for presenting the service detailed information are associated with the task and are stored, a service detailed information producing section 400 which verifies the user information and the condition information to extract the service detailed information corresponding to the service information from the service detailed information database 500, and a retrieval control section 200 for transmitting information about the service information together with the service detailed information to the communication terminal 800. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
