<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor capable of protecting the gas sensor element from deposition of moisture and capable of preferably replacing with the gas to be measured around the gas detection element. <P>SOLUTION: The gas sensor 1 is constituted of the inner cylinder 101 on a protector 4 for covering the gas detection element 2, the outer cylinder 102 coaxially arranged to the side wall 5 of the inner cylinder 101 through the air gap, and the bottom side cylinder 103 arranged at the tip of the axial direction from the inner cylinder 101 and the outer cylinder 102. Where, the inner cylinder 101 is provided with inner side wall 5 and the inner bottom wall 10 connected with the inner side wall 5, and the bottom side cylinder 103 is provided with the bottom side wall 12 protruding toward tip of the protector 4 from the inner cylinder 101 and the outer cylinder 102 and the bottom side wall 13. On the inner side wall 5 and the outer side wall 6, the inlet holes 7, 8 for introducing the objective gas to be measured are formed, and on the inner bottom wall 14, the first exhaust hole of the objective gas is formed, and on the bottom side wall 12 the second exhaust hole 15 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
