<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power unit feed power continuously even while the supply of commercial power is stopped (power-stopped state) at disaster or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This system feeds each electric load with power, using either a commercial power system or another power unit (hybrid car 31) in housing. Every power line D1-D3 is provided with a breaker 41-43 and a power monitor 44-46. Then, every power monitor 44-46 monitors the situation of power use by the electric load at feed of power from the hybrid car 31.
