PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor, adapted to firmly fix a back yoke that accommodates a magnet for attraction that magnetically attracts a shaft, supported rotatably by a sleeve comprising a plain bearing. SOLUTION: A motor 1 has a constrction for magnetically attracting a shaft 6 in the shaft line direction by a magnet for attraction 13 arranged at a lower end of a shaft 6, constituting a plain bearing in conjunction with a sleeve 8. The magnet for attraction 13 is accommodated in a cup-shaped magnet holder 14 as a back yoke. The magnet holder 14is positioned in the axis line direction, at a predetermined portion in an inner side of a bearing retaining portion 7a, and is fixed to be sandwiched by a sleeve 8, located to one side in the axial line direction and a recess 7b of the bearing retaining portion 7a, located at the other side in the axial line direction.
