PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter, radio station, radio terminal and radio transmission system which achieve the time control of a plurality of terminals while performing the directivity control of an antenna, and allow the position etc. of the radio station to be retrieved for a short time. SOLUTION: The radio transmitter of the radio station has a directional antenna for radio communication with one or plurality of radio terminals. It comprises a time control means for controlling the communication timing of each radio terminal so as to give a control signal to a corresponding radio terminal upon arrival of the communication timing of each radio terminal, thereby achieving the communication with the radio terminal; a means for instructing the directivity of the directional antenna every plurality of division communication areas of the communication area; and a means for controlling the directivity of the antenna according to the directivity instruction from the directivity instructing means.
