PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically compensate a part of the change of viscosity of working fluid by making clearance smaller as higher a temperature of the working fluid is, and to achieve suitable cushioning action even when a frequency of adjustment of a cushion valve is reduced. SOLUTION: A material having a relatively large coefficient of thermal expansion is used for a part constituting an outer peripheral surface 15 of a cushion boss 14, a material having a relatively small coefficient of thermal expansion is used for a part constituting an inner peripheral surface 33 of a cushion ring 31, and the clearance is smaller as higher the temperature of the working fluid is by the difference of the coefficients of thermal expansion of the two parts.
