PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow a spur arrangement pitch in the longitudinal direction of a spring shaft, to prevent damaging of the spring shaft when incorporating the spring shaft, to easily incorporate the spring shaft, and to prevent slipping-out of the spring shaft, in a structure for installing the spring shaft. SOLUTION: The roller support member supports a roller member via the spring shaft, and has a hole for inserting the spring shaft in a roller, and comprises a plurality of grooves having an angle to the direction inserting the spring shaft orthogonal to the paper feeding direction, and is also constituted by adding a plurality of grooves substantially orthogonal to the direction inserting the spring shaft orthogonal to the paper feeding direction.
