PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a precast concrete foundation firmly endurable against tension and compression in the extending direction of the foundation, and easily joinable without requiring labor and time so much. SOLUTION: Vertical connecting plates 2 and 2 joined to inside reinforcements 1c and 1c of a foundation material 1, are arranged in an end part of mutually jointed respective precast concrete foundation materials 1 and 1. These mutual connecting plates 2 and 2 are joined by bolts 6, etc. turning in the direction orthogonal to the connecting plates 2 in a superposed state. In the respective connecting plates 2 and 2, recesses-projections 3 and 3 resisting the compression and the tension in the extending direction of the foundation by mutually fitting, are arranged in these opposed joining surface parts.
