PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash down washing solution on outer walls by properly treating the washing solution excessively supplied in a washing device washing the outer walls of a building. SOLUTION: The washing device 200 comprises a substrate 103, washing brushes 104 attached on the front face of the substrate and having rotation shafts parallel with the face of the substrate, grips 102 attached on a rear face of the substrate, a cover 105 provided around the substrate on the front side of the substrate, and a washing solution supply mechanism 120 supplying the washing solution to the front face of the substrate. A drain port 205 penetrating through the cover is formed in the cover at a position becoming the lowest part when in use of the washing device. The washing device 200 is further provided with a washing solution supply mechanism 201 supplying the washing solution to the front face of the substrate, and a drain hose 206 connecting the drain port to a drain tank.
