PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair which is operated by a user to recline or to be completely horizontal to be a bed so that the user takes a rest without bending backward. SOLUTION: A rear wheel moving rail 6 for moving a rear wheel back and forth is attached under a seat of the wheelchair, and the rear wheel is mounted by connecting a chain 8 to a rear wheel axle 9 to move the rear wheel in a manner that the rear wheel axle 9 is pulled back and forth by a rear wheel winding gear 7 and a rear wheel winding double gear 10. Sector-shaped, backrest connecting gear plates 3 which are directly coupled to a backrest 1 are provided on both sides of armrests 2. They are mounted in a manner that the backrest 1 is respectively actuated to be vertical and horizontal by a backrest moving triple gear 18. The double gear 10 and the triple gear 18 are connected by a chain 15. The wheelchair shows stability without bending backward when the wheelchair is converted to be reclined or to be a bed since the rear wheel 5 moves backward along an angle of reclining the backrest 1.
