PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish body-cutting device capable of improving mass productivity by the fast transfer of the fish bodies and also capable of suppressing the enlargement of the device and elevation of its cost. SOLUTION: This fish body-cutting device is provided by installing four revolving units centering around one driving shaft 13 (among them, only one revolving unit 5A is shown), holding the frozen fish body F in a state of projecting its lower end part by a prescribed amount at the front side of a band saw 19, and cutting off the projected part on passing the band saw 19. When a roller 63 engages with a cam 55 on passing through the band saw 19, as shown by a position P4, a pin 69 retreats for releasing the hold of the frozen fish body F; the frozen fish body falls down by its own weight and hits a table 9 by its lower end, and becomes the projected state by the prescribed amount. When the roller comes to the front of the band saw 19, the engagement of the roller 63 with the cam 55 is released and the fish body is firmly held by thrusting the pin 69 and is cut off in that state.
