The armrest-arrangement has an arm rest (3) sinked in a fully loaded opening provided in a backrest of a seat in a nonusage position, so that the lower side of the arm rest forms a leaning surface for the back of seating passengers. The arm rest is tiltable in a horizontal usage position around a lower rotation axis, in which the fully loaded opening is released. The leaning surface is formed by a cushion part (5) of the arm rest and transferred from lower side to upper side after or during swiveling of the arm rest in the usage position.
