<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent laser light having a high spatial coherency from directly entering operator's eyes. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device is comprised of a laser light source 1; a collimated optical system 4 which has the laser light emitted from the laser light source 1 incident therein, converts the laser light into collimated light, and emits the collimated light; an optical system holding member 8 for holding the laser light source 1 and the collimated optical system 4; and a push switch 9a or conduction member 9b which, when detecting the separation of the laser light source 1 from the optical system holding member 8, stops the emission of laser light from the laser light source 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
