<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a magnetization efficiency of a liquid and an attraction efficiency of an iron powder by making a density of a magnetic line crossing a fluid dense. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a strainer body 2 formed with a flow passage 2D capable of flowing the fluid to a flowing out port 2B after passing through a screen mounting part 2C from a flowing-in port 2A, and a screen 3 detachably mounted to the screen mounting part 2C.
