<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information equipment for a vehicle capable of securely requesting necessary information. <P>SOLUTION: When connecting the vehicle 100 to charging equipment 200 to charge a main battery 102 and giving and receiving electric power, a main control ECU 114 receives contents from a server 300 in accordance with content request information accumulated in a request accumulation part 134 and accumulates the received contents in a content accumulation part 136.
