<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute operations according to a position in which a substance etc. exist. <P>SOLUTION: An identification information transmission unit 103 stores identification information proper to an IC tag 105. Position information reception units 102-1 to 102-m read the stored identification information from the IC tag 105. The position information reception units 102-1 to 102-m transmit the read identification information and position information, indicating the positions in which the position information reception units 102-1 to 102-m are installed. From the identification information and the position information transmitted from the position information reception units 102-1 to 102-m, and using a cooperation information database 101, having stored interlocking operation information correspondingly to the above identification information and the position information, indicating the operation according to the above identification information and the position information, a control unit 100 identifies the interlocking operation information based on the above identification information and the position information.
