PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method capable of easily manufacturing an optical wiring laminate, having a structure in which a plurality of substrates 1 are laminated and an optical wiring layer 2 disposed between the substrates 1. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing the optical wiring laminate having the structure, in which at least two substrates 1 are laminated and the optical wiring layer 2is disposed between the substrates 1, having a core region 2a and a side clad region 2b provided on the side of the core region 2a, the optical wiring layer 2 is formed of polysilane composition containing polysilane. A first block containing one substrate 1 and a second block containing the other substrate 1 are superimposed through the optical wiring layer 2 provided on the surface of either of the blocks or via the clad layer; and in this state, the two blocks are heated while being pressurized, so that the first and the second block adhere to each other and are laminated by using the optical wiring layer 2 or the clad layer as an adhesive layer.
