PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical reactor constituted so as not only to efficiently recover the energy of a heating part but also to reduce the deviation of heating. SOLUTION: The chemical reactor is equipped with the heating part for heating a fluid, the almost cylindrical first heat transfer wall arranged so as to surround the heating part and the almost cylindrical outer wall arranged so as to surround the first heat transfer wall, and the chemical reaction region formed by the heating part and the first heat transfer wall and the flow channel formed by the first heat transfer wall and the outer wall are connected on their one end sides. Since the chemical reaction region covers the heating part and the fluid channel covers the chemical reaction region, the energy of the heating part can be efficiently recovered by the fluid before heating. Further, since the flow direction of the fluid is formed in an up and down direction, a light fluid and a heavy fluid are mixed with each other to prevent the deviation of the fluid flowing in the chemical reactor or the stagnation of the fluid in the chemical reaction region and the fluid is uniformly heated.
