PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric resonance component of high precision in oscillation frequency from a dielectric substrate of high precision in electrostatic capacitance. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric resonance component comprises a piezoelectric resonance element 13 mounted on a square dielectric substrate 11 by way of a conductive resin 12, and a cap 15 fixed on the dielectric substrate 11 through a sealing resin 14 so as to seal the piezoelectric resonance element 13. The dielectric substrate 11 comprises a plurality of internal electrodes 17 and 18 so arranged inside it as to overlap each other through a dielectric layer 16, and a plurality of external electrodes 19 and 20 electrically connected to either the internal electrode 17 or 18. The section where the plurality of internal electrodes 17 and 18 overlap each other in the thickness direction of the dielectric substrate 11, is provided so as not to overlap with the plurality of external electrodes 19 and 20 in thickness direction.
