PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear-microphone capable of transmitting a high-sensitivity sound to an external transceiver at all times by suppressing noise from being mixed when collecting a sound by a microphone. SOLUTION: In an audio input ear-microphone which is removably mounted in the ear to two-way communicate with an external transceiver, a microphone 10 is provided while being included in an elastomer 11 which is disposed on the inner surface of an opening-side main body 5 while closing an opening 3. The same number of sound collecting holes with the same diameter are provided on a front face turned toward the opening side and on a rear face opposite to the opening. The front-side sound collecting hole is communicated with the opening 3 by sound collecting paths 14, 15 and 16 formed in the elastomer so as to collect an external auditory meatus sound from the opening side, and the rear-side sound collecting hole 19 is turned toward a sound absorber 20 disposed on the inner surface of the main body opposite to the opening and sealed spaces 18, 21 formed of the elastomer so as to collect sounds from sound paths 16, 17 branched from the opening or the sound collecting path and formed while being communicated with the sealed spaces.
