PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network node wherein file update is easy. SOLUTION: An inter-node communication part 14 sends a call processing signal from another device 20 to both a processor 11 operating by an old file and a processor 12 operating by a new file in a prescribed period during file update preparation. The processor 11 operating by the old file determines index information for identifying context information recorded in call processing, and notifies the processor 12 operating by the new file. The processor 12 operating by the new file records the context information recorded in the call processing by the index information notified from the processor 11 operating by the old file. After the file update, the inter-node communication part 14 sends the call processing signal from the other device 20 to the processor 12 operating by the new file.
