PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve oil immersion preventing effects on a clutch when an oil level is changed while reducing the size of an oil immersion preventing structure. SOLUTION: A power unit P consists of a transmission M stored in a transmission chamber 57, and a wet type friction clutch C stored in a clutch chamber 23. In the clutch chamber 23, a lower part Ca of the clutch C is only stored and an oil guard 80 is arranged for preventing the lower part Ca from immersed in oil reserved in the clutch chamber 23. The oil guard 80 has a bottom wall 81 covering the lower part Ca at its lower side, one side wall 82 ranging from the bottom wall 81 and covering the lower part Ca at its left side, and the other side wall 83 covering the lower part Ca at its right side. An upper edge 82a of one side wall 82 is located above a communication passage in which oil can move in and out between the transmission chamber 57 and the clutch chamber 23 and under an upper edge 83a of the other side wall 83.
