PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency diesel power generation facilities purifying fuel oil supplied to a diesel engine without deteriorating conventional function and enabling continuation of operation under a safer condition. SOLUTION: The emergency diesel power generation facilities 1A are provided with a diesel power generator including a diesel engine 4, a gas oil tank 2 storing gas oil, fuel day tank 3 accumulating gas oil supplied to the diesel engine 4, and a gas oil transfer channel sucking fuel oil from the gas oil tank 2 and transferring the same to the gas oil tank 2 through an foreign matter removing device 13.
