PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for closing a gap part to be flush with a floor surface when an ascending/descending lift becomes united with the floor surface, while a conventional floor surface of a parking tower, wherein a connecting rod connecting the ascending/descending lift at the bottom passes through the floor surface to form a passage by integrating the lift-fork with the floor surface, has a problem that the passage makes the gap part, through which the connecting rod passes, open and that a car moves along the passage with a groove on the floor surface and thus falling sound of a tire and mud/water/dust fall into the pit. SOLUTION: In the ascending/descending lift 2, a lift-fork 3 is divided into right/left and fixed horizontally while the lower portion of the right and left suspending parts 5 are separately connected in front and rear by a connecting rod 6. The connecting rod 6 can pass through a floor surface 24 with a gap part 15. Over the gap part 15, a closing plate 14 which opens/closes is provided, so that, when the ascending/descending lift 2 forms a passage at the boarding place, an opening/closing device is actuated so as to close the closing plate 14 for forming the passage without a groove.
