PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which a space large enough beyond the unit boundary is secured and the deformation such as buckling is hard to occur even if the columns of reinforcement bodies are thinned. SOLUTION: In this unit building, the gantry reinforcement bodies 100 for reinforcing column-less part is installed in the clearance 46 between the adjacent ceiling girders 44 of the building unit 70. When the column 104 supporting the end of the reinforcement beam 102 is inserted in the clearance 47 between the columns 32 facing each other, a spacer 120 of channel shape in plan view is installed. Consequently, the swing of the column 104 is stopped, and the deformation such as the buckling of the column 104 is prevented from occurring. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
