PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a structure such as to narrow a printing region, e.g. a vise so that an unnecessary blank part does not appear to a maximum allowable extent on a sheet material intended for printing etc. in mounting a machine plate or a blanket on a plate cylinder or a blanket cylinder. SOLUTION: The machine plate mounting structure is for mounting the machine plate 4 on the plate cylinder 2 to be used at a printing device. Securing means such as pins 51, 52, 53 and 54 arranged near the side edge of the plate cylinder 2, are fitted into holes opened on both edges of the machine plate 4, and an interference avoiding structure for interfering with none of the securing means installed on the plate cylinder 2, is formed on the surface of another cylinder which rotates in contact with the plate cylinder 2. In addition, in order to achieve the fine-adjustment of the position of the machine plate 4, a fine adjustment mechanism for fine-adjusting the position of the securing means is added.
