PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical oxygen enricher which prevents a user from making an unauthorized adjustment or change of a prescribed flow rate and permits the supply of an oxygen gas as per a doctor's prescribed flow rate only by operating a switch. SOLUTION: The pressure variation type medical oxygen enricher has at least two or more operation/flow rate setting switches on an operating panel, two or more channels arranged in parallel on the downstream side of a product gas tank storing the oxygen gas. There exist an opening and closing control valve and a flow rate adjustment valve in each channel. For each of the flow rate adjustment valves a flow rate corresponding to a doctor's prescription is preset, and the opening or closing condition of the opening and closing control valve of a corresponding channel can be individually controlled by operating each switch, and the opening of any one of the opening and closing control valves discharges an oxygen gas of a flow rate pre set by the flow rate adjustment valve of the opened channel, thereby effectively preventing the supply of the oxygen gas of a wrong flow rate.
