The foil has two external foils laminated on top of each other, and an inner foil provided between the external foils. Air injection orifices are provided between an inflation passage (9) and air chambers (11). The orifices are formed such that a side of the inner foil is attached with a heat-resistant unit (1c). Air in the chambers is pressed on the inner foil, and the orifices are covered such that the chambers are blocked. The chambers are separated and inflated simultaneously, where respective air intake is opened for the inflation in an independent and continuous manner. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a continuously inflated air chamber packaging foil.
