<p>Provided are a set of scales that can access an external device which includes a weight detection unit detecting and outputting weight information of a user, an interface unit managing data and transceiving data with the external device using a predetermined communication method, and a control unit converting the weight information received from the weight detection unit according to the communication method and transmitting the converted weight information through the interface unit. The weight information is used to provide at least one of an exercise prescription, a nutrition prescription, and advice appropriate for the health state of the user.</p> |
