WIDE-BAND LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER

A wide-band low noise amplifier is provided to reduce a power consumption of the LNA by parallel-coupling a component gate LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) with a common source LNA. A wide-band low noise amplifier includes a common gate LNA and a common source LNA. The common gate LNA amplifies a signal from an input terminal and outputs the amplified result through an output terminal. The common source LNA is parallel-coupled with the common gate LNA and amplifies a signal from an input terminal to output the amplified result through an output terminal. A pair of common gate LNAs(800) amplify signals from two input terminals and output the amplified result through two output terminals. A pair of resistors supply bias voltages to the common gate LNAs. A pair of common source LNAs(810) are parallel-coupled with the common gate LNAs. The common source LNAs amplify the signals from two input terminals and outputs the amplified result through two output terminals.
