The bobsled has a sled body (1) with a hemispherical upper dome (5) formed before a seating surface (3) in a driving direction, with which the body overlies on a lower dome. Two rear main skids are parallely connected with a sled carrier in a longitudinal direction, and two steering skids are parallely arranged in a driving direction. The lower dome is formed at an upper side of a steering skid body (2) in a rotatably movable manner. The upper dome has a steering opening (6) in an upper area, through which a steering grip (9) is formed as a single-piece.
