An automatic information notify service method for mobile terminals is provided to improve the convenience of mobile terminal users by automatically notifying the user of a mobile terminal that the other side, who has got in touch with the user, is in a certain situation. In case the first mobile terminal enters a building which requires etiquette, a client management server confirms the current location of the first mobile terminal from a base station or a mobile communication satellite and judges whether the first mobile terminal is in an automatic situation setup area at present. Then, the client management server transmits the confirmed result to an SMS server. If the first mobile terminal is in the automatic situation setup area, the SMS server sends a short message to inform the first mobile terminal that the first mobile terminal is in the automatic situation setup area at present. At this moment, if the second mobile terminal makes a call to the first mobile terminal and the user of the second terminal has been previously set/stored in the SMS server, the SMS server transmits a specific message or an automatic situation message to the second mobile terminal.
