A valve assembly having composite function is provided to simplify the structure of the valve assembly and to improve the stability by using a safety valve function. A valve assembly having composite function performs opening and closing functions while adjusting a flow amount and a pressure of fluid. The valve assembly includes a flow amount control valve(35) and a switching valve. The flow amount control valve is mounted in a suction pipe(31), and has a backflow prevention function. The switching valve is turned on/off by a solenoid(38). The switching valve is engaged with the flow amount control valve. A safety valve(43) is engaged with one side of a discharge port of the switching valve. The safety valve adjusts an elasticity of a spring(45) by an operation of a handle.
