<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arc thermal-spraying device which can decrease a necessary operation period of time for replacing a thermal-spraying wire rod and stably feed the thermal-spraying wire rod during a thermal-spraying operation. <P>SOLUTION: The arc thermal-spraying device comprises: two thermal-spraying wire rods; a push-feeding section for sending the thermal-spraying wire rod out; a pull-feeding section for receiving the thermal-spraying wire rod sent out from the push-feeding section and sending the wire rod out; a guide tube for guiding the sent thermal-spraying wire rod in between the push-feeding section and the pull-feeding section; and a thermal-spraying gun for arc-spraying the thermal spraying wire rod sent out from the pull-feeding section. The speed of the pull-feeding section is controlled in the thermal-spraying operation to control the torque of the push-feeding section. When the thermal-spraying wire rod is changed and is inserted into the guide tube only by the push-feeding section, the feeding torque of the push-feeding section is changed into a torque which is higher than that in the thermal-spraying operation and can cancel a frictional resistance acting on the thermal-spraying wire rod due to the guide tube right before the tip of the thermal spraying rod arrives at the pull-feeding section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
