<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set access rights, which conform to a user's intention, to each principal while succeeding an access control list which a master object has. <P>SOLUTION: An access right rule is composed of a source and a filter. For example, an access control list which a master object has, templates of an access control list prepared by a manager of a system and so on are designated as the source. A user who is added to or deleted from the access control list which becomes a source and the user's right information are described as the filter.
