PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel having display quality enhanced by preventing elution of a UV seal to a liquid crystal layer. SOLUTION: A transmission part through which UV light curing the UV seal 5 can be transmitted is provided at a boundary part 5a between the UV seal 5 and the liquid crystal layer 4. Since the boundary part 5a can be reliably irradiated with sufficient UV light through a slit part of the transmission part, the UV seal 5 positioned in the boundary part 5a can be reliably cured, elution of the UV seal 5 to the liquid crystal layer 4 can be prevented and display quality can be enhanced by prevention of the elution.
