PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable disposable digital camera. SOLUTION: The present invention is for providing a digital camera as inexpensively as disposable. Regarding a most expensive IC chip in a video recording system, not a conventional versatile IC chip but an IC chip that may be durable in use about twice or three times is to be used. This is because small-sizing of the chip becomes expensive because of development costs or the like but a chip sticking a magnetic tape on a paper-made card type is built in the camera, a magnetic tape is used in place of a film or an expensive portion is collected and reproduced for reuse over and over again, thereby providing the digital camera inexpensively.
